A week all round after teased the arrival of season 2 in Halo Infinite, Studio 343 Industries returns with new details about the 2 new maps that will be deployed to save the game that loses its community over weeks. Responding to the name of “Catalyst” and “Breaker”, these cards slicing radically with the maps already available in Halo Infinite, with probably a return to the voluntarily sought-after sources. Catalyst for example is a symmetrical arena nestled inside a large tunnel-shaped structure. There are waterfalls that flow around hanging gateways, cathedral walls invaded by vegetation and a light bridge connecting The sides of the card. “Breaker” for it is a symmetrical pseudo BTB card located in a break where the base of each team is a huge piece of ship debris. Maps reminiscent of those of Old Halo, like Catalyst that returns to the “Coliseum” map of Halo 5, and strongly appreciated by competitors. “Catalyst” is only a replay of the “Epitaph” map of Halo 3 with architectural style pronounced with a certain taste for the capture the flag. These two cards are presented in detail and 4K in video, so it would be a shame not to watch them…
