Football second division Dynamo Dresden has quickly found in the search for a new coach. The Saxons presented on Wednesday Guerino Capretti as successor to the Tuesday-derived Alexander Schmidt. The 40-year-old Capretti, who received a contract until 30 June 2024 exclusively for the 2nd league, had only been released two weeks ago at third division SC VER. “I’ve looked a lot of football in the last few weeks, also a lot of 2nd Bundesliga. I know Dynamo Dresden. I am convinced that we can achieve the goal of classlessness,” said Capretti. Dresden only occupies the 14th place after 24 matchdays and hovering in a danger of reliance. The projection on the relegation site is only a counter.
