What does the SanDisk Ultra A1 offer?
The microSD memory card SanDisk Ultra A1 in the offered version is very suitable for the Nintendo Switch with a reading speed of up to 120 MB / s. The switch requires only a read speed of at least 60 MB / s. At the write speed, however, SanDisk Ultra A1 is rather slow, as it is a map of UHS class U1. When used in the switch, that hardly makes a difference, but for recording 4K videos does not offer the card.

Alternatively, you can get a SanDisk Ultra microSD memory card with 256 GB for only 22 euros at Saturn. However, this is the white version of the SanDisk Ultra without the addition A1 , which is also referred to as SanDisk Ultra Lite. With a write speed of up to 100 MB / s, it is also suitable for the Nintendo Switch. Due to the low price difference, however, we would rather grab the better SanDisk Ultra A1.
